Nevermind the megapixels! As long as it can take images, it'll be fine! I've seen a lot of low megapixel images that were entertaining. Although, you can go get camera you want as long as you can afford it.
I used to just take pictures with my cellphone camera. Nowadays, I have a Nikon Coolpix with 14 Megapixels doing it for me. There are a lot of shops like Picture City in the malls and shops in Hidalgo, Quiapo that provide very good cameras at affordable prices.
So go out there, get a camera and start snapping up pics! Oh and don't forget to share!
